Due to maintain the integrity of potato granules as much as possibly in the produce process the potato granules and flakes after watering have the nutrition, flavor and taste of cooked potatoes. Potato starch is only one of many ingredients of potato. So potato starch does not have the nutrition, flavor and taster of potatoes.
Processing : Remove stone—washing-- steam peeling-- dry brush peeling-- sorting and pruning--slicing--blanching and cooling-- cooking and mashing—transport—unifying materials—making flakes—scraping--packing
The processing technology is describing briefly as following: raw material washing, peeling off, general crushing, fine crushing, separating of residue and starch slurry, starch slurry refining, dewatering, airflow drying, dressing and packing.
